数据显示,疫情期间全国有四成学生有过在线学习的经历,全国31%的学生每天上网时间超过4个小时。

在越来越多K12人群接受在线教育的同时,用户对于在线教育产品体验和学习效果上提出了更高要求。也暴露出了一些问题。广东教育督导学会发布《广东省在线学习质量测评分析报告》显示,广东学生对在线课程学习表示非常满意的仅有16.4%,满意和一般满意各占37.5%。53.6%的广东学生认为效果不好的原因是“自控能力差”,39.6%的学生表示“个人自主学习能力低”,还有三成学生认为自己“缺乏正确的指导方法”和“教学氛围不活跃”。



余敏认为,一对一个性化教学形式更适应在线教学形态,能够解决在线学习氛围、学习注意力不足等在线教育常见问题。同时,能针对学生情况,进行专业教育心理的把握与引导、培养学习兴趣及自信心,从而真正提高学生学习效率、解放家长。

艾媒咨询数据显示,59.4%受访用户认为师生互动交流有利于提高学生专注度。余敏介绍,三好网通过一对一的高互动性配合自研硬件产品“好学宝”,打造一个老师与学生间“强互动、强牵引”的线上教学环境。在高频互动中帮助学生集中注意力,提高学习效率,也因此获得了用户的关注。

“此外,一对一个性化教育是学校大班课形式的有益补充。”余敏表示,学校大班课针对群体性学生进行新知识的讲授,而一对一的形态是课后针对性查缺补漏最好的方式。针对每个学生学习的短板,因材施教,从而实现高效学习。这是班课形态所不能实现的。

 
 
面对目前在线教育赛道的激烈竞争,余敏认为,企业应回归教育本质。当用户达到一定规模时,比拼的是教研及教学服务。后疫情时代下,风口过后行业终将回归冷静。
