9月1日,由教育媒体鲸媒体举办的巨鲸思享汇在创业公社举办,随着移动互联网的发展,教育机构也进入了新阶段,鲸媒体邀请了众多行业嘉宾,共同探讨“K12教育线上线下的融合与分割”。三好网总裁余敏受邀参加,分享在线教育打破线上线下界限的经验,表示要从学生的角度去发现和解决问题,好老师不仅帮助学生提升解题能力还能培养其学习兴趣。
 
学习不是一件立竿见影的事情,需要一定时间的积累才能看到效果。许多人对于K12在线教育存在着一个致命误区,受到传统思维和名校效应影响,认为只要给学生优质的教学资源即可,而忽视了学生自身的想法。余敏认为,对于教育机构,首先要解决的是学生的学习兴趣问题,培养学习兴趣好的老师不可获缺。
 
学习兴趣是一个人倾向于认识、研究获得某种知识的心理特征,是可以推动人们求知的一种内在力量。学习过程可以分为理解知识点、运用知识点和情感价值观交流三个层次,普通的老师一般只能做到教授知识点和扩展知识点运用,陪学生一起刷题。好老师不仅能做到知识的融会贯通,还会通过教学与学生完成情感的交流,让学生逐渐改变对于学习的态度,喜欢上学习。
 
对于在线教育机构,学习兴趣的培养除了好老师,好的互动体验是另一个必不可少的条件。三好网创业之初就自主研发了智能学习硬件“好学宝”。采用500万高清摄像头,支持高速视频和语音传输,整个上课过程清晰不卡顿。还配备课件+画板功能,打造了一个老师与学生之间“强互动、强牵引”的线上教学环境,还原了真实教学场景。
 
教师资源不足是困扰整个K12教育培训行业的难题,其中好老师的数量更是短缺。对于优质教师资源,余敏表示,目前三好网主要从头部优质教师开拓和利用技术赋能提高人效两方面解决。三好网成立了培训教师的交流沟通平台——教师帮俱乐部,汇聚了全国的专职培训教师,注册人数达数十万,为三好网提供了优质教师的开拓渠道。此外三好网通过“AI+大数据+脑科学”建立自己的“教育系统”,利用科技来解放老师的时间,提高老师的效率。备课是老师最头疼的事情,通过AI和大数据技术三好网帮助老师智能生成教案,能够节省1/3的时间,让老师有更多的时间能够投入到教学之中。
 
根据中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)发布第44次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》,我国在线教育用户规模达2.32亿,占网民整体的27.2% ;手机在线教育用户规模达1.99亿,较2018年底增长530万,占手机网民的23.6%。“互联网+教育”促进优质资源共享,在线教育逐渐延伸至广大农村和边远地区。
