  成绩不稳定主要表现在两个方面:分数不稳定和排名不稳定

  从分数不稳定来看,如果是由试卷的难易程度决定的话,自己也许还能接受;如果是排名不稳定的话,特别是某次考试排名大幅度下滑,对于自己的心理状态一定会造成极大的影响。

  现实中,高三生成绩不稳定是正常、普遍的现象,除非极少数始终排名年级特别靠前或特别靠后的情况。如果某个学生成绩始终处于中间某个位置,那么这个学生学习情况应该不是太好,至少说明他没有进步。
 

  语文、英语出错一般是“记不住”。此时,应将错题本升级为“总结本”,将重点知识点分版块总结,并开辟零碎时间定期巩固,不断将新题型补充如本中,错题专门开辟空间进行强化记忆。
 

  上面是从某位同学英语错题本中截选的一部分。错题本本身就是为自己量身打造的,每个人都不会相同,但一定最适合自己。

  化学、生物两科兼有以上两重特点,但只是的记忆是核心,计算只是灵活运用知识基础上的锦上添花,由于化、生的计算要求偏低,只要把大量的易错易混概念弄清,计算自然迎刃而解,所以错题本已整理出错的弄混知识为主。

  另外,理化生的学科特色是实验题。我们常常会在实验题上失分严重,此时应将实验大题分解为小的部分:

  1.实验基础知识的掌握;2.实验思路的理解;3.实验数据的处理。

  其中,第一部分应在本上稍作记录并巩固记忆;第二部分是核心,应像数学物理大题一样弄懂以后在默写到本上;第三部分自己算对即可。

  这样的错题本,可能不是全班最厚最工整的(甚至可能是最薄的),但却是浓缩的精华,省去了复习错题本中从大量繁杂无用的信息中筛选信息的过程。

  最后稍微提一句,时间紧的时候错题本是看不完的。(至少我高三几乎没看过高一高二记的东西),那么,错题本的成效很大程度上就是写的那一遍加深的记忆。

  再说考后防错和反思

  实际上,错题本只是改那些知识性失分。非知识性失分,是应该通过反思来防止的。

  三好网小编曾有个野路子:积压好几天的错题不改,然后抽出一部分时间,分析出错的题目。如果有一个或几个知识点在错题中反复出现,说明是这个知识点,掌握不牢,就把这个知识点出错的题目集中整理作为巩固,并利用其他习题强化。

  如果某个知识点出现的分散,一般是非知识性失分,此时只需动手巩固一下即可。

  通过这种方式我们可以发现,越到后期,非知识性失分在错题中占比越大。此时应着重考虑防错:

  首先,控制速度。我们不必要为了防止出错而刻意放慢速度,这样起不到效果,但也不能毫无改变,毛糙依旧。唯一的要求:把题一个字一个字读完再下笔,这就足够了。

  其次,重视手感。理科试题在思路上不会太反常规,但是依然可以拉开较大的分差,计算就是个大问题。如果练习不到位,你就可能在思路流畅而准确的情况下凭借全错的结果得很低的分。所以课内外练习一定要算到底,不怕麻烦,即使在极后期自认为理科无问题也应每天足量练习,且各个题型不可偏废,方可胜利。

  最后,反思。我们可以把常错点记在错题本上,也可以采用一定惩罚措施。学习哥在高考前一个月每天统计做过的所有题的出错情况,将每个题的错因记录在一个小本上,晚上睡觉前翻看并自己提出第二天改进期望。

  接下来还有很多考试等着你们,相信每一次考试对你们来讲,都是一次自我发现、自我完善、自我调整的机会。然而,很多问题只有成绩不稳定的时候才能显现出来,所以同学们一定要学会如何正确对待成绩不稳定的现象!
